DESCRIPTION:Antonella Bargione & Ema dos Santos will be your guides to \nCreate your own heART desire journal for 2017.\n\n1 or 2 day Painting with Energy Creative Lab  \nSaturday and Sunday\, February 18th – 19th. All day. \n“Designing your life is a decision\, not a default setting. If you don’t choose how things unfold\, you will continually be responding instead of creating. Creating is the way the soul speaks out loud… and when you actually listen\, the whole world begins to sound different.”\n– Shiloh Sophia \n \nThis is one of the most fun lab ever! You’ll learn a series of techniques that will allow you to create a visual heART journal\, where you prioritize your saying YES! to those heartfelt desires and/or that unfinished project that is still hidden in that drawer that keeps nagging at you\, the ‘One Day Syndrome’. Together we’ll see what blocks us and the actions required. You’ll plant the seed and decide your first step to take to make towards your vision. \nYou can decide to participate on Saturday only or join for the full weekend. On Sunday\, we are going much more in depth and giving you even more tools to anchor your vision. \nCome and brighten your hands with us!  \n \nGUARANTEED! No previous Art experience required! \nTHINK IT\nFEEL IT\nPAINT IT \nDO IT! \n \nThis is the time to re-connect to creativity and have fun\, capturing the desires of your heart. \nBe surprised at the solutions you will find that you thought you never had. \nAll my Painting with Energy Labs are not about creating a pretty picture from your mind\, I will teach you different painting processes that once mastered can start to change things in your life. It’s about getting absorbed in the process of your painting practise and use it as a way to bring more presence into your life. I guarantee you are going to have a breakthrough in self-confidence\, so much fun and more. Of course the more you practice\, the faster the changes.
