SOFT SKILLS TRAINING

There is so much emphasis being placed on hard skills training, whereby we teach our youth to simply work hard in school, go to university, get a strong degree and get a job. However, in today’s world this simply does not make the cut.  Soft skills or interpersonal skills give you the edge that is sought after in the corporate world.  It is essential that leaders and future leaders have impeccable soft skills.  These skills develop your ability to get along with others, cultivate your social graces and enhance your communication abilities.

Unbridled Connection has developed a unique training program to develop these skills in each individual using our horses, artwork and motivational exercises. The topics we will cover in this training will be:

Time Management

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills

Building Effective Relationships

Interpersonal Skills and Effective Communication

Leadership and Management

Creative Thinking
